Scope of services

We provide admission guidance, university application support, visa readiness support, scholarship guidance, travel support and arrival assistance. Our services are advisory and preparatory in nature.

Visa and admission decisions

Admission decisions are made solely by universities and institutions. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not and cannot guarantee admission or a visa.

Payments and fees

Service fees are quoted in writing before you commit. Third-party costs — such as application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees, flights and insurance — are separate and payable to the relevant provider.

Refunds

Refund terms depend on the package and the stage of service delivered, and are set out in your service agreement. Fees for work already completed (such as application preparation) are generally non-refundable. Third-party fees are subject to the provider's own refund rules.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful information and genuine documents
• Meet deadlines and respond to requests promptly
• Understand that outcomes depend on factors outside our control

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for visa refusals, admission rejections, changes in immigration rules, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided to us. Our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid to us.
