Frequently asked questions
Do you mainly support students from Central Africa?
Yes. Travel Ease Education is built around the needs of students and parents in Central Africa, especially Cameroon and neighboring countries (Chad, Gabon, Congo, DRC, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea). We also support students from wider Africa who need study-abroad guidance.
Do you guarantee visas?
No. No honest agency can guarantee a visa. Final visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. What we do is help you prepare a stronger, more complete and more honest application, and review your refusal risk frankly before you apply.
Do I pay my tuition to Travel Ease Education?
No. Tuition and official school fees are paid directly to the university, college, or institution whenever possible. Travel Ease Education provides admission, visa, travel, and advisory support.
Can you help if I cannot pay the school in foreign currency?
Yes. For students or parents who do not have access to international bank transfers, we can help facilitate foreign currency payment using the school's verified payment instructions.
Are your service fees separate from school fees?
Yes. Our advisory or support fees are separate from tuition and official school fees. We keep this clear so students and parents understand exactly what each payment is for.
Can I study abroad with a low budget?
Sometimes, yes. Destinations like Turkey, Malaysia, Germany (low tuition), Morocco and Tunisia can be more affordable, and scholarships can help. But every country still requires you to prove you can fund your studies and living costs. We give you an honest cost breakdown before you commit.
Which country is best for African students?
There is no single best country — it depends on your budget, academic record, language ability and goals. We match you to destinations you can realistically qualify for and afford, rather than pushing one option for everyone.
Can I work while studying?
Many countries allow limited part-time work (often around 20 hours/week during term), but rules vary and change. Part-time work rarely covers full tuition and living costs, so you should not rely on it to fund your studies.
Do you help with scholarships?
Yes. We help you identify realistic scholarship options, tuition discounts and affordable destinations, and prepare strong applications. We never promise a scholarship — most are competitive with strict criteria.
Do you help with accommodation?
Yes. Because we are part of a travel company, we help with temporary accommodation on arrival and guidance on student housing, alongside flights, insurance and airport pickup.
Can my parents speak with your advisor?
Absolutely. We encourage parents, sponsors and guardians to join consultations. We provide a full cost breakdown, explain the process and risks honestly, and keep parents updated through the journey.
What documents do I need?
It varies by country and programme, but typically: passport, academic transcripts and certificates, language test results (where required), CV, statement of purpose, references, and proof of funds. We give you a country-specific checklist.
Can I apply without IELTS?
Sometimes. Some universities accept alternative English tests, accept your prior English-medium education, or offer their own English assessment. Francophone destinations may require French instead. We confirm exact requirements for your chosen programmes.
How long does admission take?
It depends on the country, university and intake. Admission can take from a few weeks to several months, and visa processing adds more time. We help you start early so you do not miss intake deadlines.
Which countries are best for French-speaking students?
France, Morocco, Tunisia and parts of Canada (Quebec) and Mauritius are strong options for Francophone students. We can match you to programmes taught in French, or help you prepare for English-taught options if you prefer.
Which countries are best for English-speaking students?
The UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, the UAE, South Africa and Mauritius offer extensive English-taught programmes. The right one depends on your budget, grades and goals — which is what our eligibility check assesses.
