Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for our advisory services. It applies only where payments are accepted, and is read alongside your service agreement.
Last updated: 18 June 2026
Service fees
Service fees pay for our time and expertise. Fees for work already delivered — such as profile review, university shortlisting, application preparation or visa-readiness review — are generally non-refundable, because the work has been done regardless of the outcome.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started delivering a paid service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of that service fee, minus any non-recoverable costs. Contact us as early as possible.
Visa refusals and admission rejections
We do not guarantee visas or admission, and service fees are not refundable on the basis of a refusal or rejection, since the decision is made by the embassy, consulate or institution — not by us. Where included, a refusal-risk review is provided before you apply so you can make an informed decision.
Third-party costs
Application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees, flights, insurance and accommodation are paid to third parties and are subject to those providers' own refund rules. We cannot refund money you have paid directly to a university, embassy, airline or other provider.
How to request a refund
Refund requests should be made in writing. We will respond within a reasonable period and assess each request against this policy and your signed service agreement.
